Facilitation
The focus of my facilitation, training and consultation is bridging racial, gender, class, and religious divides through deep listening and radical compassion. I assist organizations to align their values with personal behavior, policy, and practice. My facilitation skills were honed with the National Civic League, Matrixworks, and Gender Equity & Reconciliation International in contexts including businesses, non-profits, cities, universities, faith communities, and neighborhoods. My prior work has taken me to England and South Africa in addition to the United States. Below is a list of recent projects. Call or email me to set up a consult.
